The role oversees editorial quality across campaigns, guides writers and editors, and partners with design and account teams to ensure clear, compelling content aligned with brand voice and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in editorial, copy editing, content strategy, or a similar role.
• Experience working with enterprise brands in the B2B technology sector.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to refine and elevate content.
• Experience leading client discussions and facilitating working sessions to refine messaging.
• Experience mentoring and developing writing talent.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and creative teams to refine copy in layouts.
• Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly and other writing assistants to support editorial workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine and elevate copy across multiple formats (emails, eBooks, video scripts, digital campaigns).
• Ensure messaging consistency across brands, projects, and platforms.
• Apply editorial judgment to improve clarity, structure, storytelling, and impact.
• Present copy and narrative direction to clients; lead discussions and refine messaging.
• Collaborate with account teams to facilitate client exchanges from drafts to approvals.
• Mentor writers to produce stronger, more strategic content.
• Support editorial standards across the team and evolve frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers to refine copy in layouts; work cross-functionally with account/strategy teams to deliver campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving editorial approaches.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency while preserving brand voice.
