Job summary

Draftt is a Bangalore-based content and brand studio offering research-led content, editorials, and messaging for B2B teams. This remote role invites a senior writer to lead research, craft compelling narratives, and drive editorial quality across campaigns.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, mentor writers, and guide editorial reviews. A strong portfolio, 7–8 years of experience, and fluency with GenAI tools are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of professional writing and editorial experience, including 4-5 years in B2B.
• Portfolio with range across long-form editorial, research-led content, website copy, and distribution assets.
• Strong interviewing and research skills, extracting insights from technical or specialised subject matter.
• Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience intent, and content's role across the B2B customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Researching: Interview founders, product marketers, subject-matter experts, and customers to uncover original insights.
• Writing: Turn raw research into stories for research reports, playbooks, and campaigns.
• Reviewing & Editing: Strengthen arguments, sharpen positioning, guide writers with feedback.
• Shipping: Copy for landing pages, newsletters, webinar campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and sales battlecards.
• AI-pilling: Use GenAI tools to improve research, ideation, and quality.
• Project managing: Own projects end to end, manage stakeholders, timelines, and feedback.
