Job summary

Snow is seeking a Senior Editor/Proofreader to uphold agency quality standards, develop brand-specific style sheets, and manage editorial processes. You will lead the editorial team, assign tasks, and ensure accuracy across client-facing materials while maintaining patient-focused communication standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration within the Creative Department, meeting tight deadlines, and continuous improvement of workflows and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five+ years’ related experience preferred.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
• Experience leading editorial teams and managing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple editorial projects and queues.
• Develop departmental policies and SOPs with Editorial Group Supervisor.
• Mentor and train editorial staff; oversee quality control.
