Job summary

Snow is seeking a Senior Editor/Proofreader to uphold agency quality by developing brand style sheets and supervising editorial output. You will edit stories, advise on stylistic improvements, and perform final quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across client materials.

You will lead the editorial team, train new members, and collaborate with writers and account teams to resolve questions while maintaining project timelines and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong editing background required.
• Experience leading editorial teams is preferred.
• Comfort with creating and maintaining brand style guides.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread client materials for grammar, style, and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain brand-specific style sheets and SOPs.
• Mentor editorial staff and manage editorial queue.
• Collaborate with writers and account teams to resolve content disputes.
• Ensure client-facing materials meet Snow standards and timelines.
