BMC Biomedical Engineering, part of Springer Nature, is seeking an Associate or Senior Editor to support editorial handling of manuscripts across a defined portfolio and to drive content development in a dynamic hybrid role based in New York or Shanghai.

You will collaborate with authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board Members, uphold publication standards, and contribute to journal growth by attracting high-quality submissions and advancing open-access publishing.

Qualifications

• PhD level in a biomedical field and strong editorial understanding.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
