Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital publishing, editorial, or content strategy with health/lifestyle/e-commerce exposure.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and responsible AI workflows in editorial contexts.
• Structured, data-driven approach to content optimization and workflow improvements.
• Experience collaborating with editorial, SEO, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of a large pet health and educational content library for SEO, email, social, and referrals.
• Partner with SEO, analytics, and marketing to identify opportunities and respond to changes quickly.
• Work with product and engineering to build AI-powered tools to streamline editorial workflows.
• Develop and reinforce high-quality standards that center human expertise in an AI-enabled workflow.
• Optimize articles, headlines, metadata, formatting, and structure for engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with social and email teams to adapt content for multi-channel distribution.
• Balance speed and quality, ensuring content is accurate, brand-aligned, and trustworthy.
