Job summary

HeiTech Services in Washington, DC seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Coordinator to provide senior-level technical and project support for complex federal litigation matters, coordinating Relativity-based workflows, data processing, document review, and production activities.

This role partners with attorneys to develop technical strategies and produce statistical reports while maintaining schedules and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience.
• Extensive Relativity or RelativityOne experience.
• Experience processing electronically stored information and managing related workflows.
• Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle and ERM.
• Experience coordinating eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery databases for complex matters.
• Consult with attorneys to develop and apply technical strategies.
• Translate case objectives into database designs, processing workflows, review approaches, and production plans.
• Assist litigation teams with strategic and legal eDiscovery aspects.
• Oversee data processing, database loading, review, analysis, QC, and production activities.
