Considine Search is seeking a seasoned Litigation Technology Senior Specialist for its Washington, DC office to manage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery and litigation support projects. The role involves data collection, processing, review, production, and trial support across matters and possibly other offices.

The candidate should have 10+ years in law firm or litigation support, expert Relativity skills (Relativity, RelativityOne), and experience with Case Notebook, MS Access, and ReadySuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years of law firm or litigation support service provider experience required.
• Relativity Expertise - extensive, hands-on experience administering Relativity workspaces, analytics, productions, and governance.
• Relativity Processing - extensive knowledge of configuring and monitoring Relativity Processing workflows.
• Relativity Production Management - oversee production workflows in Relativity with accuracy and metadata integrity.
• Relativity Analytics - deploy analytics tools to accelerate review and reduce costs.
• AI Awareness - understanding of AI offerings used by law firms (generative AI, semantic search, predictive analytics).
• AI-Enhanced Review - advise on integrating AI into review workflows.
• EDRM Knowledge - strong understanding of the EDRM model.
• Consultative Guidance - advise case teams with data scoping, preservation, review planning, and production readiness.
• Strategic Matter Support - translate objectives into technical workflows.
• Proactive Issue Identification - anticipate risks and gaps.
• Case Notebook experience preferred.
• Complex Matter Management - experience with large eDiscovery matters.
• Load File and Reporting - experience with MS Access, ReadySuite, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status and deadlines to teams and clients.
• Provide user support for search, retrieval, and litigation databases.
• Train attorneys and staff on litigation support systems and ESI best practices.
• Load and manage documents into databases (Relativity, RelativityOne, Case Notebook).
• Design and modify load files, queries, and modules (SQL, VB).
• Customize review designation panes and workflows for attorneys.
• Manage electronic productions and quality checks.
• Serve as main Litigation Technology contact for matters and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with external eDiscovery service providers and vendors.
• Mentor junior analysts and support staff.
• Set up litigation tech for depositions and trials.
• Travel as needed.
