Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join its Legal department in a fast-paced environment. You will support civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries using state-of-the-art eDiscovery tools.

The role requires coordinating with FBI units, developing discovery plans, and ensuring production quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support, strong Relativity experience, and the ability to obtain a

Qualifications

• 5 years eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred).
• BS/BA degree or JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters and inquiries.
• Develop a discovery plan with search parameters for cases and coordinate with litigation team.
• Operate eDiscovery tools (e.g., LHMT, Enterprise Vault, Veritas, Discovery Accelerator) to collect data.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units and support review/redaction/release workflows.
• Provide training and technical assistance on the FBI's eDiscovery platform and procedures.
• Document discovery plans and procedures for each case and ensure Bates numbering/load files.
