Job summary

Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Oakland, Houston, or New York office. You will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery technology stack to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights for civil litigation and regulatory matters.

You will work with senior leadership and project teams on identification, collection, processing, review, and production, implement client discovery strategies, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• 5-8 years conducting eDiscovery activities in large and complex environments.
• Deep and broad technical knowledge of current eDiscovery tools and technologies (Relativity).
• Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle from collection to production.
• Experience with data productions and QA controls.
• Certifications in Relativity preferred; strong policy and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production.
• Support engagement planning and project team execution.
• Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and reports for milestones and senior leadership.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring junior staff.
