Job summary

Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support a global law firm client. The role emphasizes leadership across EDRM stages, TAR workflows, and advanced data analytics.

The position is mostly remote with one day on-site in Houston every other week. Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on eDiscovery project management and proficiency with Relativity, Brainspace, and Nuix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management experience.
• Experience navigating the entire EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience with TAR strategies and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the legal team to implement and deliver high quality eDiscovery plans from collection through review and production
• Consultatively develop and implement data identification, preservation, and collection protocols
• Assist the legal team in creating effective data culling and filtering strategies through the use of search term calibration processes, data analytics, and TAR
• Recommend strategies for eDiscovery projects, including design and implementation of review workflows, across various review platforms as appropriate
• Support document review projects and generate and analyze daily productivity metrics
• Collaborate with and assist in mentoring the team’s project analysts

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join the team at a forward-thinking, global law firm client! The firm proudly works collaboratively across practices, offices, and around the world.

At least five years of previous hands-on eDiscovery project management experience is required for this role!

This position is mostly remote, with one day onsite in Houston every other week!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the legal team to implement and deliver high quality eDiscovery plans from collection through review and production
• Consultatively develop and implement data identification, preservation, and collection protocols
• Assist the legal team in creating effective data culling and filtering strategies through the use of search term calibration processes, data analytics, and TAR
• Recommend strategies for eDiscovery projects, including design and implementation of review workflows, across various review platforms as appropriate
• Support document review projects and generate and analyze daily productivity metrics
• Collaborate with and assist in mentoring the team’s project analysts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management and technology experience
• Previous experience navigating the entire EDRM lifecycle
• Extensive experience in executing continuous active learning and TAR strategies
• Extensive experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Brainspace, and Nuix
