Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Manager to advise attorneys, legal teams, and clients on eDiscovery matters, guiding data management, review workflows, productions, and litigation tech solutions. This fully remote role targets candidates located in the United States, with a focus on Texas.

You will oversee RelativityOne environments, analytics-driven reductions, and TAR-enabled reviews while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm or corporate/legal environment.
  • Strong expertise in RelativityOne, including workspace administration and production workflows.
  • Understanding of defensible eDiscovery practices and the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Experience with data-reduction methodologies, analytics, and TAR.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted review tools is desirable and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary eDiscovery resource for case teams and guide defensible workflows across the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Manage RelativityOne workspaces, user permissions, layouts, and workflow configurations.
  • Develop data-reduction and review optimization strategies using analytics, TAR, and AI tools.
  • Coordinate with litigation support and technical teams on processing, loading, review setup, and productions.
  • Monitor timelines, provide status updates, and mitigate risks; maintain detailed documentation and logs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on collections, OCR, trial support, and related services.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Relativity and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Train attorneys, paralegals, and clients on Relativity and eDiscovery tech.
  • Evaluate emerging litigation technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Job description

LHH is working with a nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, legal teams, and clients on eDiscovery matters. This role will support the full lifecycle of litigation and investigations, providing strategic guidance on data management, review workflows, productions, and litigation technology solutions.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary eDiscovery resource for case teams, providing guidance on best practices and defensible workflows throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Manage and administer RelativityOne workspaces, including user permissions, layouts, views, and workflow configurations.
  • Develop and implement data reduction and review optimization strategies using analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted review tools.
  • Coordinate with litigation support professionals and technical teams to execute data processing, loading, review setup, and productions.
  • Monitor project timelines, communicate status updates, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, data tracking records, and production logs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on collections, scanning, OCR, trial support, and other litigation-related services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the Relativity environment and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
  • Train and support attorneys, paralegals, and clients on Relativity and related eDiscovery technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging litigation technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Support departmental initiatives focused on process improvements, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery vendor environment.
  • Strong expertise in RelativityOne, including workspace administration, review management, and production workflows.
  • Comprehensive understanding of defensible eDiscovery practices and the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Experience with data reduction methodologies, analytics tools, and Technology-Assisted Review (TAR).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted review technologies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to legal and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with litigation support and trial presentation tools such as TextMap, Trial Director, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with multimedia evidence, including audio and video file formats.
  • Exposure to video/audio editing software and other litigation technology applications.
