This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working directly with attorneys and case teams, solving technology challenges, and finding practical ways to improve litigation workflows.

The Litigation Manager will serve as a key resource throughout the life of a matter, from initial data collection and case assessment through discovery, review, production, and trial. This individual will also work closely with technology leadership to evaluate new tools, establish best practices, and support the continued evolution of the organization’s litigation technology capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide guidance on eDiscovery strategy, data collection, processing, document review, production, and trial technology.
  • Administer and support RelativityOne environments, including workspace management, data ingestion, processing, searching, indexing, permissions, quality control, and productions.
  • Evaluate emerging litigation technologies, including AI-enabled document review and other automation tools, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Partner with technology leadership on the collection, preservation, retention, archiving, and disposition of electronic data.
  • Support trial teams with courtroom technology, exhibits, presentations, and other technology needs.
  • Develop and maintain quality‑control procedures for litigation support processes and data received from outside providers.
  • Manage litigation support resources and spending while identifying opportunities to improve processes and technology.
  • Stay current on developments in eDiscovery, litigation technology, and AI, and translate relevant trends into practical recommendations.
  • Create and deliver training for attorneys and staff on litigation technology, AI tools, and related workflows.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and internal standards related to litigation support.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible litigation support or eDiscovery experience, preferably within a law firm, legal services organization, or litigation technology provider.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with RelativityOne, including processing, review, searching, productions, and data import/export.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted document review, including TAR, continuous active learning, predictive coding, or similar technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and working with large or complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of the litigation lifecycle, EDRM principles, and eDiscovery practices.
  • Relativity certification such as RCA or Relativity Expert is preferred; CEDS certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple matters and priorities while working independently and exercising sound judgment.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with attorneys, paralegals, technology professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders.
