Qualifications

• 4+ years in eDiscovery project or related delivery work.
• Relativity certifications: 1+ required; 2+ preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, trackers and communication routines.
• Coordinate end-to-end RelativityOne workflows including processing, review and production.
• Apply analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and client service.
• Escalate risks and guide junior team members through established workflows and project expectations.
