Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced professional to lead eDiscovery activities within Forensics, coordinating end‑to‑end Discovery tasks across complex investigations and client matters. You will mentor junior staff, enforce defensible processes, and ensure deliverables meet EY standards.

You will apply analytical judgment to evaluate electronic data, manage multiple engagements, and balance priorities while maintaining high quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, CS, informatics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years Discovery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery lifecycle and tools (SQL, Relativity, EnCase).
• Excellent project and time management skills across multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Discovery activities per EY standards and engagement requirements.
• Ensure defensible chain of custody and quality of final deliverables.
• Identify and drive resolution of processing or quality issues using standard protocols.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior team members and contribute to training.
