Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager for eDiscovery Services to lead end-to-end eDiscovery workflows and TAR-enabled reviews. You will collaborate with disputes lawyers, clients, and IT teams to implement identification, preservation, collection protocols and efficient data culling strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in eDiscovery project management and technology.
• Experience with Nuix and Relativity preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend support.
• Ability to train, manage and delegate to project analysts and managers.

Responsibilities

• Work with disputes lawyers, clients and colleagues to deliver high quality eDiscovery solutions from collection through review and production.
• Consult with lawyers and IT professionals to develop identification, preservation, and collection protocols.
• Help develop data culling and filtering strategies using search terms, data analytics, and TAR.
• Design and implement review workflows across platforms as appropriate.
• Support document review projects and analyze daily productivity metrics.
• Monitor case law developments in electronic discovery and emerging litigation technology.
• Collaborate with and mentor the team's project analysts.
