Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the eDiscovery lifecycle from collection to production. You will work with disputes lawyers, client IT, and internal teams to design preservation and collection strategies and to implement data culling, TAR, and review workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects under tight deadlines within a large global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant eDiscovery PM experience.
• Extensive TAR and active learning experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality eDiscovery solutions from collection through review and production.
• Develop identification, preservation, and collection protocols with stakeholders.
• Guide data culling, filtering, and TAR strategies using analytics.
• Design and implement review workflows across platforms.
• Support document review projects and analyze daily metrics.
• Stay informed on case law and emerging eDiscovery tech.
• Mentor project analysts and junior PMs.
