Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Coordinator to deliver senior-level technical and project support in a federal litigation environment. You will coordinate databases, work with attorneys to implement technical strategies, and support data processing, document review, analysis, and production activities.

The role requires extensive Relativity/RelativityOne experience, a strong background in eDiscovery workflows, and the ability to manage complex matters with

Qualifications

• Five+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience.
• Extensive Relativity or RelativityOne experience.
• Experience processing electronically stored information and managing workflows.
• Knowledge of the EDRM and its lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating eDiscovery projects and technologies.
• Ability to manage client expectations and mitigate risk.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery databases for complex matters.
• Consult with attorneys to develop and apply technical strategies.
• Translate objectives into database designs, workflows, analyses, and production approaches.
• Assist litigation teams with strategic and legal aspects of eDiscovery.
• Oversee creation, validation and delivery of statistical and case-related reports.
• Manage project priorities, schedules, dependencies and risks.
• Provide technical direction to eDiscovery personnel.
• Coordinate with remote users to access Relativity workspaces.
