Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior RelativityOne Administrator to manage an enterprise RelativityOne environment for complex litigation and eDiscovery matters. You will configure databases, design workflows, and support productions while advising attorneys and teams.

Five+ years in eDiscovery, Relativity/RelativityOne mastery, and strong communication are required. This role stresses risk management, timely delivery, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience.
• Extensive hands-on Relativity or RelativityOne administration.
• Understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience managing client expectations and risk in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, configure, and support RelativityOne environments.
• Configure databases/workspaces, fields, layouts, permissions, and workflows.
• Lead technical production activities and privilege logs.
• Develop advanced search strategies and review workflows.
• Provide end-user training for attorneys, paralegals, and reviewers.
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, performance, and other issues.
• Coordinate end-user support and manage escalations.
• Evaluate new tech and optimization opportunities.
• Document configurations and procedures for auditability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and project timelines.
