Job summary

Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex discovery matters through planning, execution, and closeout.

The role partners with attorneys, litigation support teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient, defensible discovery solutions. The candidate will apply advanced eDiscovery expertise, manage competing priorities, and escalate substantive decisions to the Director of Litigation Support & eDiscovery.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of the electronic discovery lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects, including schedules, budgets, and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans for assigned matters.
• Manage discovery lifecycle activities from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate workflow among attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, risks, and budgets; escalate as needed.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings with stakeholders.
