Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Manager of Electronic Discovery to join our regional litigation support team serving clients across New England. The role leads eDiscovery projects, mentors staff, and coordinates with attorneys, ensuring compliance with state and federal rules while leveraging tools such as Reveal, DISCO, and Relativity to deliver timely, defensible results.

Excellent communication with clients and third parties, strong ethics, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years' eDiscovery experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Subject matter expert on state and federal court rules for eDiscovery.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions quickly.
• Serve as eDiscovery SME in court proceedings when required.
• Ability to work independently with leadership and collaboration.
• Professional interaction with clients and third parties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high ethical standards.
