Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to lead all aspects of a Litigation matter from the Practice Support Services team across our US offices, incl. San Diego and San Francisco. The role combines client liaison, project planning, and budget oversight in a hybrid/office-based schedule.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), six years of experience in electronic discovery consulting and project management, and PMP and/or CEDS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; six years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Certification in project management or eDiscovery practices preferred (PMP and/or CEDS).
• Minimum of six years in electronic discovery consulting, PM, and litigation support.
• Experience handling second requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination across multiple teams ensuring excellent client experience.
• Develop and implement best practices for handling clients’ electronically stored information.
• Create project plans and timelines for eDiscovery projects.
• Oversee project budgets and communicate cost implications to stakeholders.
• Protect highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
