Job summary

Nextpoint is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager, Level 2, in a hybrid role (3 days onsite) reporting to the Sr. Director, Professional Services. You will lead complex client engagements, mentor junior PMs, and own delivery timelines while identifying opportunities for expansion.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Product, and a strong focus on process excellence within the EDRM lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery project management or litigation support.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
• Proven track record managing complex, high‑volume projects end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high‑stakes projects and mentor junior PMs.
• Scope engagements with billable hours and delivery timelines.
• Identify expansion opportunities and assist in pricing strategy.
• Serve as escalation point for technical and client‑facing challenges.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales on opportunities and decisions.
• Lead onboarding and training for PM team members.
