Innovative Driven seeks a seasoned Practice Support Project Manager with deep eDiscovery project management experience to support a top AmLaw 50 client in New York. The role is hybrid, three days onsite in NYC and two days remote, ensuring close collaboration with the eDiscovery team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years enabling collection, review and retrieval of electronic data, with strong knowledge of Relativity, Nuix Discover and other platforms. PMP or CEDS is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PM or eDiscovery cert preferred (PMP, CEDS).
• 5+ years in eDiscovery consulting and PM with data processing and review platforms.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and security for eDiscovery.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal eDiscovery team to set best practices.
• Document and integrate workflow into project plans.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Oversee budgets and financials.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Advise on vendor selection and platform choices.
• Recommend review platforms and workflows.
• Assist in designing searches and analyzing results.
• Offer technical guidance on case strategy.
• Participate in matter conferences and production discussions.
• Promote awareness of emerging technologies for litigation.
