Beacon Hill Legal seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated civil litigation practice. You will work closely with attorneys and clients on matters from inception through trial.

Qualifications

• At least three years of substantive civil litigation paralegal experience with strong discovery and eDiscovery skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong technology, research, organization, and case-management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, state and federal court filings, and document-intensive matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other litigation documents; coordinate document collection, review, production, and eDiscovery.
• Review records and evidence, conduct legal and factual research, and prepare summaries, chronologies, exhibits, and case materials.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors, and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
