Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support. You will manage review platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows, and advise attorneys on discovery strategy and ESI best practices.

You will oversee data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources while managing project plans, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CEDS, RCA, or PMP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal, Everlaw, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other modern data sources.
• Knowledge of TAR, analytics, and AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot.
• Strong client-facing, project management, and communication skills.
