Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior ALS Lab Manager to lead the lab data processing services, ensure productions meet ESI specifications, and provide detailed site updates to case attorneys.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, management experience, and deep knowledge of EDRM. You will supervise a client-site team and collaborate with attorneys and staff on best practices for ESI delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive Relativity experience required.
Relativity certifications strongly preferred.
Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles with processing and analysis.
Five+ years of management/supervisory experience.
Thorough knowledge of the EDRM workflow.
Knowledge of document-review tools such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of lab data processing services.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks; develop processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in teleconferences with stakeholders.
Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs and send deficiency notices to attorneys.
Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resources.
Provide web-hosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals at the client-site lab: schedule work, assess requirements, assign tasks, ensure deadlines, and report progress.
Advise client attorneys and case managers on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
