Job summary

Diamond Personnel is representing a global law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator. The role focuses on leading technology-enabled discovery processes, coordinating with attorneys and IT, and guiding data analysis and case automation through GenAI-powered workflows.

The candidate will oversee eDiscovery lifecycle, vendor relationships, and compliance with data privacy laws, while supporting remote and on-site reviews and training teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with legal technologies
• 3+ years in advisory capacity
• Experience in law firm or discovery vendor environment preferred
• Experience with Gen AI in litigation support is important
• Strong knowledge of discovery and disclosure practices in a law firm environment
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, CS, IS, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client IT and legal stakeholders on secure data transfer and production support.
• Guide attorneys on data analysis and case automation needs; assess requirements and budgets.
• Research emerging technologies with stakeholders and support acquisition and implementation.
• Create solutions using traditional discovery tools and GenAI; oversee implementation and support resources.
• Provide remote and onsite review support including configuration and data transfer guidance.
• Manage litigation tech and network issues with firm tech teams and vendors.
• Administer discovery vendor relationships; handle RFPs, evaluations, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and external guidelines across the firm and clients.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines while managing costs and resources.
• Coach colleagues and develop training materials for discovery tools and workflows.
