Job summary

Diamond Personnel is representing a global law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator. The role focuses on leading technology-enabled discovery processes, coordinating with attorneys and IT, and guiding data analysis and case automation through GenAI-powered workflows.

The candidate will oversee eDiscovery lifecycle, vendor relationships, and compliance with data privacy laws, while supporting remote and on-site reviews and training teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator.

• Experience: 5+ years' experience with legal technologies, including at least three (3) in an advisory capacity, preferably in a law firm or discovery vendor environment
• Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days remote
• Open in the following locations: Boston, DC, Denver, LA, NYC, Palo Alto, or San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with client IT and legal stakeholders to facilitate secure client data transfer and the firm's handling, analysis, review, and production of client data in support of legal representation.
• Guide attorneys and clients on data analysis and case automation needs; assess requirements, recommend technical workflows and tools, develop budgets, and execute project plans.
• Research emerging technologies with department stakeholders and support their acquisition and implementation.
• Create specialized solutions using traditional discovery tools and emerging GenAI technologies, oversee implementation, and coordinate support resources as needed.
• Provide remote and onsite review support, including equipment configuration, file staging and transfer, and technical guidance for reviewers.
• Manage litigation technology and network issues in collaboration with the firm's technology teams and vendors.
• Administer discovery vendor relationships, including RFPs, proposal evaluations, work oversight, quality reviews, and invoice approvals.
• Safeguard compliance with domestic and international data privacy requirements and other protected data obligations in collaboration with appropriate firm and external resources.
• Manage competing projects and deadlines while balancing cost, time, and resource constraints.
• Enforce compliance with client outside counsel guidelines governing discovery and the handling of client data.
• Coach colleagues, develop process documentation and training materials, and deliver training on discovery technology tools and workflows to technical and legal audiences.

Qualifications

• Law firm experience is preferred.
• Strong project management experience is required. They will coordinate and handle e-Discovery collection, data processing, data hosting, data review, and production.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms is required. DISCO experience is a plus. Other relevant platforms include Relativity, Everlaw, or a similar system.
• Experience using Gen AI in the litigation support process, including with agentic models, is very important.
• Extensive knowledge of litigation, discovery, and disclosure practices in a law firm environment; strong familiarity with discovery, imaging, review, presentation, and analytics tools used throughout the discovery lifecycle.
• Experience with DISCO or other advanced review platforms, AI-enabled discovery, Continuous Active Learning (CAL), predictive coding, and technology-assisted review (TAR) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years' experience with legal technologies, including at least three (3) in an advisory capacity, preferably in a law firm or discovery vendor environment.
