Job summary

KLDiscovery, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, eDiscovery Technology to lead our global practice. You will own AI-assisted workflows, drive defensibility, and collaborate with Advisory, Product, and Engineering to package and price offerings.

The role requires guiding a multi-region team and shaping scalable, repeatable processes. You will oversee capacity, staffing, and quality standards while expanding the practice across US, Europe, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in eDiscovery or litigation technology.
• 5+ years applying analytics and AI-assisted review on client matters.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Strong client-facing, scoping, and protocol support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eDiscovery Technology practice globally.
• Own methodology and defensibility of AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with Advisory, Product, and Engineering to shape offerings and product readiness.
• Grow the practice by hiring, onboarding, and developing leaders and staff across time zones.
• Establish repeatable playbooks, validation templates, and reporting to ensure consistent quality.
