Job summary

Deloitte GPS in Denver seeks a Project - Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations to lead case-based technical strategies and coordinate discovery workflows using Relativity, RelOne, Nuix and related tools.

You will collaborate with case teams, manage data processing, load files, and drive quality controls while traveling 5-10% and maintaining required US work authorization. A project-based employment model applies with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation technology support including Relativity.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 5-10%, on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Consult with case teams to develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals for project plans, including processing, hosting platform imports, and document production.
• Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks, including data management, processing, production and quality control.
• Coordinate efforts of others in response to discovery requests and provide regular reports and metrics on status of each phase.
• Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of available software applications and in area(s) of expertise.
• Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including Relativity, RelOne, Nuix, and more.
• Process documents and data in adherence to organizational standards and client specifications.
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables.
• Make recommendations for improved workflow, quality, internal documentation and processes to maximize system resources and efficiencies.
