Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead the electronic discovery team for major government projects. You will oversee project management, ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production while coordinating with vendors and internal counsel.

The role requires 7+ years in litigation support, hands-on Relativity experience, and US citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery and/or tech support, government experience preferred.
• Experience administering and managing Relativity (Administrator and Case Manager).
• Experience providing end-user support and training for Litigation Support apps.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO or similar platforms.
• U.S. Citizenship required; eligible for Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the eDiscovery team on government projects and manage delivery of litigation support services.
• Provide project management, ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, including General Counsel and Attorneys.
• Develop and document workflows and processes; troubleshoot eDiscovery platforms as needed.
• Oversee overtime needs and ensure adherence to best practices and regulations.
