Job summary

The New York County District Attorney’s Office (DANY) has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical eDiscovery Analyst in its Information Technology Department. You will lead technical discovery activities, administer Relativity and Nuix platforms, and support end-users to deliver efficient discovery workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in the legal field with eDiscovery experience, familiarity with Concordance, Relativity, and Nuix, and strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to four years in the legal field, preferably criminal justice related and/or with eDiscovery experience.

Responsibilities

• Process data in eDiscovery platform (Relativity or Nuix processing experience required).
• Run searches across eDiscovery platform to cull for privilege.
• Create review batches and coding layouts.
• Prepare productions and exports for discovery and trial.
• Be available and responsive to requests.
• Administering NUIX and Relativity and supporting end-users.
• Other administrative tasks and maintaining project files.
