Job summary

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in Dallas is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Data Collection Analyst to support defensible data collection, processing, reporting, and production workflows. You will work closely with attorneys, case teams, and junior staff, guiding best practices and ensuring policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of eDiscovery experience with a focus on collections, processing, and a broad range of data sources, including industry-leading tooling like Relativity and Purview.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery teams.
• Experience with collections, processing, productions and review workflows.
• Strong understanding of litigation lifecycle and data governance.
• Ability to advise case teams on data collection and security best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute defensible data collections using industry-standard platforms.
• Process data, troubleshoot issues, and report status to legal teams.
• Develop collection plans by custodian, source and date range.
• Run searches, validate results, and refine criteria as needed.
• Create review batches and manage document productions.
• Provide litigation support consultation and mentorship to juniors.
• Ensure compliance with firm data management policies.
