Job summary

Discovery Experts LLC is seeking a proactive, client-focused Litigation Paralegal/eDiscovery professional for the DFW area. You will partner with clients, guide litigation support strategy, and deliver practical, solution-oriented service across complex matters.

Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or Everlaw is essential, including load files, data imports/exports, and productions. Legal hold experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paralegal, litigation support, or eDiscovery roles.
• 3+ years working in the EDRM and core eDiscovery workflows.
• 1+ years hands-on with ESI platforms (Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw).
• Experience with legal hold processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with existing clients delivering high-touch support.
• Lead and coordinate client meetings, training, and virtual sessions.
• Support clients with data processing, loading, exports, and productions.
• Support Legal Hold workflows.
• Respond to client questions with urgency and sound judgment.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up notes.
• Collaborate with technologists, consultants, and sales partners.
• Think strategically about eDiscovery needs and cost-effective solutions.
• Create clear client reports and maintain project visibility.
