Job summary

Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join a forward-thinking, global law firm client. The role involves leading end-to-end eDiscovery projects from collection through production, incorporating Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, and TAR strategies.

The position is mostly remote with one day onsite in Dallas every other week, requiring a minimum of five years of hands-on eDiscovery project management experience and familiarity with the EDRM framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management and technology experience.
• Previous experience navigating the entire EDRM lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in executing continuous active learning and TAR strategies.
• Extensive experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Brainspace, and Nuix.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the legal team to implement and deliver high quality eDiscovery plans from collection through review and production
• Consultatively develop and implement data identification, preservation, and collection protocols
• Assist the legal team in creating effective data culling and filtering strategies through the use of search term calibration processes, data analytics, and TAR
• Recommend strategies for eDiscovery projects, including design and implementation of review workflows, across various review platforms as appropriate
• Support document review projects and generate and analyze daily productivity metrics
• Collaborate with and assist in mentoring the team’s project analysts

At least five years of previous hands-on eDiscovery project management experience is required for this role!

This position is mostly remote, with one day onsite in Dallas every other week!
