Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a NetSuite Consultant for a fully remote role within the United States. You will lead NetSuite ERP implementations and integrations across Cloud and Data Center operations, coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and scalable processes.

This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week now, with potential to move to full-time depending on background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP/CRM administration, or business operations.
• Proficient with NetSuite implementations and integrations.
• Experience integrating multi-system environments using middleware.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, procurement cycles, and customer operations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementation and configuration for Cloud and Data Center teams.
• Integrate NetSuite with HubSpot, Stampli, Google Drive, Nextcloud, Netdocs, MS Teams and more.
• Act as liaison between departments, establish SOPs, standards and training.
• Maintain data hygiene and serve as the internal NetSuite expert.
