The EDI / Integration Analyst is a member of the Business Integration team responsible for the electronic data interchange (EDI) connections between ULH, our customers, and their partners (3PLs, 4PLs, and trading partners). This role establishes and maintains trading partner connectivity, ensures accurate translation of EDI documents, monitors transmission health, and resolves EDI issues that affect day-to-day transportation operations.
This is a hands-on operational role. You will work alongside experienced EDI and integration engineers, with a clear path to grow into senior integration work as you develop platform depth.
Direct experience with any of these is valued; full proficiency across all is not expected at hire. A willingness to learn our platforms — especially CIC — is essential.
