Job summary

National Healthcare Solutions Group seeks a File & Automation Manager to lead an Agile team of BAs and Data Engineers, driving data integration projects with clients and healthcare vendors. You will oversee EDI system management, ensure secure and compliant data exchanges, and mentor a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Product and Project teams, coordinate with external vendors, and migrate on-premise integrations to Azure cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, data integration, or a related role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience or knowledge of SQL Server (Oracle) database management, writing queries, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Azure Data Factories and cloud computing preferred.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage relationships with external Vendors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with EDI software and tools.
Bilingual English and Spanish are highly preferred.
Ability to work outside of regular business hours when urgent EDI issues arise or to perform system maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

EDI System Management: Oversee EDI systems and solutions setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Data Integration: Manage data integration projects with clients and healthcare vendors, ensuring timely and accurate data exchanges.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the File & Automation team, assign tasks and evaluate performance.
Client and Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary contact for EDI inquiries and escalations from clients and vendors.
Collaboration: Align with Product and Project Management in Agile processes and foster Scrum practices.
Compliance and Security: Ensure EDI processes comply with HIPAA and HITECH, maintain security measures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and educate partners on best practices.
