Job summary

National Healthcare Solutions Group (NHSG) is seeking a File & Automation Manager to lead an Agile team of BAs and Data Engineers. You will oversee EDI systems, data integration projects with clients and vendors, and cloud migrations to Azure, while coordinating with Product and Project Management.

The role requires 5+ years of management or data integration experience, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management or data integration experience.
• Experience with SQL Server databases and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factories and cloud computing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EDI systems setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage data integration projects with clients and healthcare vendors.
• Coordinate and delegate the integration backlog with the team.
• Migrate on-premises integrations to the cloud (Azure).
• Lead and mentor the File & Automation team.
