Job summary

National Healthcare Solutions Group in the United States is seeking a File & Automation Manager to lead an Agile tech team responsible for data integration with clients and healthcare vendors.

You will oversee EDI operations, collaborate with Product and Project Management, and drive improvements while ensuring HIPAA and HITECH compliance across transmission and storage of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in management, data integration, or a related role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with SQL Server (Oracle) database management and query tuning.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and cloud computing preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage projects, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with EDI software and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to work outside regular hours for urgent EDI issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• EDI System Management: Oversee EDI systems setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Data Integration: Manage data integration projects with clients and healthcare vendors.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the File & Automation team.
• Client And Vendor Relations: Primary contact for EDI inquiries from clients and vendors.
• Collaboration: Align with Product and Project Management in an Agile process.
• Compliance And Security: Ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance and data protection.
