Job summary

OpenText seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to act as a subject matter expert supporting Professional Services implementations. You will translate business needs into technical specs, coordinate global map development, and lead analysts while ensuring quality and best practices across multi-project engagements.

The role emphasizes client-facing interaction, strong communication, and governance over project schedules, with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

Eight years EDI / EC / B2B experience as an EDI business analyst.
Experience with translation products and mapping applications (Contivo, Biz Manager, Application Integrator, TrustedLink Enterprise or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead map development and teams.

Responsibilities

Interpret business requirements and produce technical specifications for map development.
Coordinate development activities with global teams and lead mapping analysts.
Provide consulting on EDI/EC best practices and on integration with OpenText products.
Review deliverables for technical quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Train and mentor junior analysts and map developers, manage multiple projects.
