Parts Town is hiring a Senior EDI Analyst to maintain and enhance our EDI infrastructure and trading partner integrations. You will lead the end-to-end onboarding, design and deploy EDI mappings, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and standards compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in EDI, Boomi experience, and strong knowledge of X12/EDIFACT. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Hybrid work is available with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 6+ years of EDI implementation, configuration, and mapping experience.
• 2-5 years of experience with Dell Boomi or equivalent middleware.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Warehouse Distribution processes.
• Strong proficiency with EDI standards (X12 850/810/832/846/855/856), EDIFACT, CXML and flat files; SQL, scripting, automation support.
• Experience defining and executing integration and user acceptance tests for EDI solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON/XML, web services and Boomi connectors.
• Advanced mapping skills using Boomi, trading partner shapes, and custom scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business partners, vendors, and customers.
• Team oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and lead technical tasks independently.
• Experience integrating with Tier 1 ERP solutions; bonus for SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and API management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of trading partners including requirements, mapping, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure onboarding aligns with sprint timelines.
• Design, build, test, deploy and manage EDI maps, partner setups, and documentation for EDI transactions, APIs, and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with partner requirements.
• Lead mapping solutions by gathering business requirements and proposing enhancements.
• Collaborate with business teams to drive integration initiatives (ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce).
• Follow SDLC practices to hand off development to operations; participate in change management and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the Boomi environment.
