Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. seeks a dynamic Senior Manager for Edge and Distributed Network Engineering to drive strategy, engineering, and operational reliability of enterprise network services across distributed facilities and edge environments.

Lead modernization, security, and scalable solutions to support growth and M&A activity. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep enterprise networking experience, and the ability to deliver resilient, cost-efficient network platforms

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure technology delivery, or network operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role across multiple locations.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, internet edge, data center connectivity, and cloud network integration.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, VPN, segmentation, high availability, and resilient design.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, deploy, and manage enterprise edge and distributed network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN, internet edge, cloud connectivity).
• Own network engineering standards, reference architectures, deployment models, and guardrails for new facilities, remodels, and M&A integrations.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, and performance management for network engineering resources across locations.
