Job summary

Intel is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for the Design Enablement group to head a team delivering ASIC tools/flows and Physical verification/runsets for test chips using Intel PDK collaterals.

You will partner with domain experts across Technology Development, EDA vendors, and product design teams to drive customer solutions while mentoring engineers and ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years of experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience leading medium to large teams.
• Experience with ASIC/Physical Design, Physical Verification, or EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team with clear priorities.
• Drive customer solutions for ASIC tools/flows and PDK-based verification.
