Job summary

Intel Design Enablement's DTP leads customer-focused ASIC tools/flows, physical verification, and IP sign-off for test chips using Intel PDK collaterals. The Technical Lead drives a high-performing team, mentors engineers, and partners with internal/external teams to deliver quality solutions.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, strong customer focus, and the ability to navigate advanced-node design challenges. Hybrid work model with multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years of experience or MS degree with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in two or more areas: technical management or lead experience mentoring or leading medium sized teams.
• Experience with Test chip physical verification and tape-in.
• Intel and/or external foundry process technology knowledge in advanced nodes.
• Experience with ASIC/Physical Design and/or Physical Verification/runsets in advanced technology nodes or EDA tools.

• Direct and coordinate engineering activities, allocate resources, and drive problem resolution with sound technical judgment.
