Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in test and measurement, electronics design, validation, manufacturing test, automation, systems integration, or solution development.
• Proven success supporting customer-facing technical engagements, especially where requirements were incomplete, evolving, or required structured discovery.
• Experience with highly regulated industries such as medical devices or digital health is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical consultant supporting strategic opportunities across the Americas.
• Engage directly with customers to understand measurement challenges, manufacturing requirements, and emerging technology needs.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated Keysight solutions and business value propositions.
• Lead technical discussions, executive briefings, workshops, proofs-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
• Design and develop integrated test solutions combining hardware, software, automation, and analytics.
• Create novel measurement methodologies and workflows leveraging Keysight instrumentation and software platforms.
• Drive solution development from concept through deployment and customer adoption.
• Identify market gaps and collaborate with product development teams to influence future product roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across customer problems involving DC measurement, RF testing, data analytics, and automation.
• Develop applications and automation frameworks using Python, C#, MATLAB, LabVIEW, SCPI, and Keysight platforms.
• Integrate instrumentation into automated validation and production environments.
• Create reusable software assets to accelerate deployment across customer engagements.
• Mentor application engineers and represent Keysight at industry conferences and events.
