Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Test Technician for ECU Manufacturing Software in Casa Grande, AZ. You will manage software releases for ECU production, coordinate with Test Team, Operations, and external manufacturers, and ensure smooth deployments across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with multiple organizations across cultures and regions.
• Ability to work in a small, motivated group within a larger organization.
• Proficient with computers, Windows OS, wiring diagrams, harness repair, and wiring harness basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software releases and track SW versions for ECU production.
• Act as user champion when coordinating releases in the flashing area.
• Manage in-house ECU SW release process with Test Team, Operations and Contractors.
• Collaborate with SW engineers and test engineers to implement and maintain release processes.
• Provide information on SW file locations, flashing tools, and traceability for builds.
• Communicate status to Test Engineer for all programs assigned.
• Review and sign off SWDEVREQs/ECRs for internal and external ECUs.
• Oversee multiple releases/builds from development to production rollout.
• Oversee pre-release SW testing in Manufacturing Test labs and sites.
• Track open SW issues and drive to resolution.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair damaged harnesses, connectors, and wiring.
• Resolve computer connection issues (USB, Ethernet, diagnostic interfaces).
• Maintain test station PCs, including Windows troubleshooting and network setup.
