Job summary

aah is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Corporate - Quality Abstraction team. You will lead analytics projects, collaborate with clients to define data needs, and develop analytic approaches to drive insights.

The role requires a bachelor's in health-related fields or RN and at least 2 years of health data experience. Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week, dayshift, with no relocation or visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in health-related fields or RN.
• 2 years of health-related data experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data and quality metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of requests for service and clarifies business and technical issues with clients.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions to meet project needs.
• Creates simple to complex reports using BI tools and communicates findings to clients.
