Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and scale Alchemy's presence across the Web3 ecosystem, spanning partnerships, channel partners, customers, and emergent verticals like TradFi and agentic commerce.

This role requires existing ecosystem relationships and a proven ability to develop distribution strategies, execute joint campaigns, and drive brand awareness at scale within blockchain infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, partner marketing, or strategic marketing within crypto, blockchain, or developer infrastructure.
• Existing relationships across the Web3 ecosystem with chains, protocols, and enterprise players.
• Proven track record developing an ecosystem/partner marketing strategy and scaling distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the ecosystem marketing strategy across chain partnerships, infrastructure partners, channel partners, and key customers in Web3 native and TradFi verticals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with ecosystem players to create mutual distribution opportunities.
• Design and execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, co-hosted events, and thought leadership programs that amplify Alchemy's brand.
• Drive ecosystem distribution at scale by leveraging partner channels (newsletters, events, social, developer communities).
• Host thought leadership workshops, panels, and executive roundtables with key ecosystem players.
• Monitor TradFi to onchain movement and identify marketing opportunities at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3.
• Track trends like stablecoins, tokenization, and agentic commerce to position Alchemy as infrastructure for these movements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Content to align ecosystem efforts with GTM and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain an ecosystem map tracking players, partnership health, co-marketing pipeline, and campaign impact.
• Report on ecosystem marketing performance with clear metrics to leadership.
